1. All bookings will be confirmed by Melbourne Property Photography prior to attending appointment.

2. All images post produced and delivered within 24 hours for Standard Quality Editing and 48 hours  for premium Quality editing (applies to business days only).

3. Any additional fees will be advised to you prior to undertaking any services.

4. It is the responsibility of the real estate agent to advise it's clients of appropriate appointment times.

5. Properties outside the 50 Km radius of your local Melbourne Property Photography Photographer, may incur additional travel charges at up to $0.80 per kilometer. This will be outlined to you prior to undertaking any services.

6. All images will be supplied to the agent or property owner via email within 24-48 business hours.

7. Images will be supplied in low-res, until full payment, as itemised on the invoice has been made, after which the high-res images will be released.

8. If a property is unattended at arrival and access is not possible, a cancellation fee will be charged at 50% of the total booking value.

9. All packages come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

10. Melbourne Property Photography will invoice for services within 5 days of completion unless otherwise advised.

11. Payment must be made in accordance to the terms set out on the invoice particulars.

12. Melbourne Property Photography retains ownership of all intellectual property and other rights in any materials or photographs,Floor Plans etc produced or created by us during the provision of services. You (the paying customer) are granted an irrevocable, royalty free license to use those materials upon payment in all media throughout Australia & International for promotional purposes only and only for the original campaign intended. You (the paying Customer ) do not own the  produceded materials Ie. images , Floor Plans, Video, 360° images and Tours etc. You have the privilege to use the materials  for the individual campaign Melbourne Property Photography was originally  commissioned  to undertake and not for any future advertising , publication, future campaigns including sales , Rental or Lease etc. without written consent from copy wright owner Melbourne Property Photography. 

13. You agree to inspect all services and/ or products and notify us of any defects within 5 business days of the creation of the services and / or products, failing which we will have no liability for any defects.

14. You have read and agreed to our Copyright Notice.

16.  All  Account customers have a 28 Day Account.

17. 3D Floor Plans delivered within 48 Hours or 2 Business Days.

18. Community and Promotional Sign Boards carry a 50% Discount. 

19. Other Sign Board sizes not mentioned priced on application.

20. A $15.00 Admin fee will be charged  monthly on outstanding invoices exceeding 30 days.

21. A 5% Discount applies off your next order/booking when you pay on time.
