Are the photographs professionally edited?

Yes. Every selected photograph is professionally edited to improve lighting, colour, clarity, perspective and overall presentation while maintaining a realistic representation of the property.

Do you photograph vacant and occupied properties?

How should I prepare my property for photography?

How long does a real estate photography appointment take?

Access to common areas should be arranged with the building manager or owners corporation before the appointment.

Can tenants be present during the photography?

The property manager or owner is responsible for arranging lawful access, providing any required notice and obtaining appropriate permission before photography occurs.

Print-resolution files can also be supplied when required.

Can I reuse the photographs for another advertising campaign?

Photography is supplied subject to Melbourne Property Photography’s licensing terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the images are licensed for the commissioned property-marketing campaign and are not automatically available for unrestricted reuse, transfer or use by another agency.

Who owns the copyright in the photographs?

Copyright remains with Melbourne Property Photography unless it has been formally assigned in writing. The client receives permission to use the images according to the agreed licence and terms of service.

Images must not be sold, transferred, substantially altered or provided to another party outside the agreed licence without written permission.
